If you misplaced this form, please email email@example.com and we will email it to you. Please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your store credit once we receive the items. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Shipping + handling charges are non- refundable. We will now be adding a pre-paid return label with every order. If the item is returned, the return label will be deducted from your store credit. No in-store returns. Returns must be mailed back to us to be processed.
