We want you to love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can easily start a return through our Return Portal.
Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.

Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Store Credit Only

All approved returns will receive store credit only.

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future online purchase.
Exchanges

No exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or style, your store credit can be used to place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve it.
We also offer FREE returns at our store in Coconut Grove. Please bring in the filled out return form with your return. You can choose to get a store credit online or in store.
