When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the following 1-2 business days.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is placed, and then again when your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
My order status says "in progress" - what does that mean?
It means we have successfully received your order, and once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Your order status will then change to "shipped."
I just placed an order, can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if your order has not been shipped.
I need to change my order. How can I do it?
Unfortunately orders that have already been placed cannot be changed or cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper.
I need to add a discount/gift card to my order. How can I do it?
Discount codes/gift cards must be input at the time of checkout. Our system does not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed, and it does not allow us to apply a discount code to a previous order.
How long does it take to process my store credit?
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your store credit. We will email you the store credit in the form of a discount code. This code never expires.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale or discounted items are final sale. We do not accept returns of sale items.
How can I exchange an item?
We will now be adding a pre-paid return label with every order. If the item is returned, the return label will be deducted from your store credit. Then, we will gladly issue a store credit in the form of discount code for any regular priced item that is unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery of your package. You may apply it to any item on our website. Store credits never expire. Please reference our RETURNS PAGE to review our entire return policy.
I have a store credit, how do I use it?
Store credits are issued in the form of a discount code, which is emailed to you. Store credits never expire. Once you are ready to shop and use your store credit, enter the discount code at checkout. If you need further assistance please email us at Nikkisbeachhouse@gmail.com

Yes! We have 2 stores in the Miami-Dade area and we invite you to stop by. Please note- online returns cannot be hand delivered to our stores. Online returns must be mailed back.

Can I return an item to any of your stores?
Online returns can be mailed back only.
Shipping + handling charges are non- refundable. We send all packages insured, on us. If for any reason your package is lost, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond with instructions within 48 hours. *PLEASE NOTE: Nikki's Beachhouse and any shipping company we use are two separate entities. Nikki's Beachhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, and delayed shipments.
