When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is placed, and then again when your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
My order status says "in progress" - what does that mean?
It means we have successfully received your order, and once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Your order status will then change to "shipped."
I just placed an order, can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if your order has not been shipped.
How long does it take to process my store credit/refund?
Once we have received your package, your store credit or refund will be issued within the next 3-7 business days.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale or discounted items are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit on sale items.
How can I exchange an item?
We will gladly issue a store credit for any regular priced item that is unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery of your package. Once your return is received we will process the store credit and you may apply it to any item on our website. Store credits never expire. Please reference our RETURNS PAGE to review our entire return policy.
I have a store credit, how do I use it?
Please email us at email@example.com for all store credit requests. We will respond within 48 hours with full instructions.
Do you have any store locations?
Yes! We have 2 stores in the Miami-Dade area and we invite you to stop by. Please note- returns cannot be made in our stores as they are not equipped to process returns from online orders.

Can I return an item to any of your stores?
Items cannot be returned to our store fronts. Our stores are not equipped to process returns from online orders.
We send all packages insured, on us. If for any reason your package is lost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with instructions within 48 hours.
