When will my order ship?
PLEASE ALLOW 2 -3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays. If an item gets sold out by the time you are finished with your order we will notify you of the scheduled ship date and let you decide if you still want that item.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
My orders status says "In Progress", what does that mean?
It means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
I just placed my order, can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if your order has not been shipped.
How long does it take to process my exchange/store credit?
Once we have received your package, your exchange will go out within the next 2-3 business days. Store credit is issued as soon as we receive your package.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale or discounted items are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit on sale items. No exceptions.
How can I exchange/get storecredit for an item?
We’ll gladly accept exchanges/store credit of any unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition item/s within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please reference our Returns page to review our return policy.
I have a store credit, how do I use it?
Please e-mail us at email@example.com for all store credit requests. We will respond within 48 hours with full instructions.
Do you have any store locations?
Yes, we have 3 stores in the Miami-Dade area and we invite you to stop by. Please note, many items online are not available at our boutiques or vice-versa.

Can I return an item to any of your stores?
Unfortunately the boutiques are not equipped to process online returns. Please follow the instructions outlined in our Return Policy in order to expedite the process.
